Circle of Friends

Through the Circle of Friends program at Between Friends, you can expand the opportunities for families impacted by domestic violence. Additionally, you can help to ensure the financial stability of Between Friends. With an annual donation of $1,000 or more, you will invest in the future of our critical work – to prevent the cycle of domestic violence.

• An invitation to the Leadership Breakfast, which is an exclusive annual briefing on national, state, and local domestic violence trends as well as a review of the agency's progress and goals;
• The opportunity to join us on October 1st as we memorialize thousands of women who lost their lives to domestic violence through our Light Up the Lakefront Luminaria and private reception;
• Access to other special events designed to bring you closer to the people and programs of Between Friends;
• Recognition in our newsletters and Annual Report; and

Employee Matching Gift

Check with your employer's Human Resources Department to see if they have a "Matching Gift" program. If so, you can double or even triple your gift to Between Friends just by filling out some simple paperwork from your employer and sending it to us with your donation. We'll take care of the rest.

Some of our dedicated supporters have: run a marathon in memory of a woman who lost her life to domestic violence, planned a bellydancing performance, organized a party, donated proceeds from their tip jar, held a spa fundraiser, etc. The possibilities are endless! Workplace Giving

You can make hassle-free, automated donations to Between Friends through payroll deduction. Between Friends is a member of Community Shares of Illinois, a federation of community-based organizations dedicated to pursuing change for women, children, and communities in Illinois.
